This site and the practice product are run by the operator of yourbuddyintech.com, contactable at info@yourbuddyintech.com.
Your first name and your email address, the time you signed up, the referring page, and the IP address the request came from. The IP is kept so that one person cannot exhaust the free places for everybody else.
The brief you write — the company you say you are calling, the role, the situation — and an audio recording and written transcript of the call itself, together with the feedback generated from it. Without the recording there is nothing to score.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and what it was for.
Google Ads measurement runs on this site so we know whether an advert led anywhere. Your browser also stores small amounts of data locally to keep you signed in and remember your last brief.
These providers process data on our instructions. Some operate outside the EU, under the transfer safeguards their own terms set out.
Your account and purchases last as long as your account does. Call recordings and transcripts are currently retained without a fixed expiry, because the feedback is generated from them. You can have any or all of them deleted at any time by asking.
If you are in the EU or the UK you have the right to see what we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy, and to object to how it is used. Write to info@yourbuddyintech.com and we will act within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
This product is for adults looking for work. It is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly hold their data.
If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date above changes and anyone with an account is told by email.
