Access to paid content requires a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the amount shown. All sales are final unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once course content has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us at info@yourbuddyintech.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including course materials, PDFs, videos, scripts, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of YourBuddyInTech and Alessandro Gastaldi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our content without prior written permission.

7. Roleplay Sessions

AI roleplay sessions are powered by Zell (Zell UG haftungsbeschränkt, Berlin, Germany). Usage is measured in seconds and deducted from your purchased balance. Unused credits do not expire but are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust usage limits with reasonable notice. By using the roleplay feature, you also agree to Zell's Terms and Conditions.

8. Virtual Assessment

The Virtual Assessment is offered free to the first 50 candidates. Spots are limited and non-transferable. We reserve the right to schedule assessments at our discretion and to discontinue the offer at any time.

Our training materials are designed to improve interview performance, but we cannot guarantee employment outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourBuddyInTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
