YourBuddyInTech sells written interview preparation material and access to a voice practice tool that simulates a sales call and scores it. It is training. It is not recruitment, and it is not a promise of employment.
We do not guarantee you a job, an interview, or any particular score. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something else. What happens after you prepare depends on you and on the market.
The account is yours alone. Do not share the login or pass the material on — the PDFs and practice minutes are what is being paid for. Serious or repeated sharing can end an account without a refund.
Course modules are one-off payments and access does not expire. Practice minutes are bought in advance and do not expire, but they are used up as you speak.
Thirty days, full refund, no questions. Write to us within thirty days of buying and you get your money back, whether or not you have used the material. Minutes already spent on calls cannot be returned, for the obvious reason that they cost real money to run.
The brief you write is fed to the simulated prospect. Do not put other people's personal data in it, do not use it to generate abusive content, and do not try to make the agent break character for reasons unrelated to practice. Calls are recorded — see the privacy notice.
The PDFs, the scenarios, the scoring method and the text on this site are ours. You may use them to prepare for your own interviews. You may not republish, resell or distribute them.
This is a small product and the practice tool depends on third-party services. It will occasionally be unavailable. If an outage stops you using something you paid for, tell us and we will make it right.
We are responsible for providing what you paid for. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by other companies. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
